点検や修理についてAbout inspection and repair

点検や修理をご依頼の際は、ご購入されました企業様へお問い合わせください。生産終了年より10年以内の製品が受け付け可能です。部品の廃品などにより修理ができない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、生産を終了した機種の点検と修理の受け付け状況は、ダウンロードページの生産終了機種一覧よりご確認ください。

Please contact the company where you purchased the product for inspection or repair.Products within 10 years from the year of discontinuation are acceptable.Please note that we may not be able to repair the product due to parts obsolescence or other reasons.For the inspection and repair status of discontinued models, please check the list of discontinued models on the download page.
